  14. Can someone please tell me how to change the Windows Control Box 
  15. information?  Ideally, I want to be able to remove some of the current
  16. menu items (specifically Restore, Move, Size, Minimize, Maximize) and 
  17. add my own one (Initialize modem) which will call a function to 
  18. re-initialize the modem.
